We hired Eagle IT to come and fix our printer. It was previously working fine on the network but some software updates rendered it useless. Leo came out and reconfigured the printer software on all of our computers and setup a dedicated IP address for the printer so it wouldn't happen again. The cameras you installed are wonderful. I never would've considered going 4K but WOW! Well worth the difference in clarity. We love being able to just turn on the TV when we hear a noise. Thanks again!
I used the concierge shopping provided by Eagle IT. I needed a new laptop fast but I wanted a 2-in-1 that flips around acts as a tablet as well. So many choices! I wanted to make sure it was fast and able to handle my programs. We got it ordered and Leo came by the office and transferred all my programs and settings from my desktop. Eagle IT came out and setup our home office. He reconfigured our router, installed a repeater (this is on the third floor and we didn't want to run any new wiring), setup our printer, computer and set us up an account so we can fax online without actually needing a fax line. Everything is still working great.
